Position Overview
Job Title: IPC & Contract Manager
Reports to: CFO
Department: Finance
Site: Sweden, Stockholm
As IPC the main area of responsibility is to:
- Support the business in relation to Cyber Security and GDPR in tender management
- Ensure alignment with the group Information Protection Policy
- Coordinate local Information Protection Program Implementation
- Engage and assist business owners
- Raise awareness about Digital risks
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding Information protection
As Contract Manager the main area of responsibility is to:
• Ensure the organisation has the knowledge they need for managing contracts
• Consulting and support of different teams (sales, supply chain, admin) for offers, internal approvals and contract negotiations
• Review of supply and investor contracts with regard to compliance with legal contract requirements and ensuring compliance of key dates and conditions during the life cycle
• Administration of contracts (contract database - storage, organising, access)
• Support of claim management
• Continuous improvement of contract management, including the co-design of contract guidelines, processes,
templates and tools
