PMO Project Manager

A possibility to join Galderma and unlock your potential as a PMO Project Manager! You will be working with their project pre-studies, playing a pivotal role in the projects within investments, capital, building initiatives, and process equipment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing pre-studies, managing budgets, defining timelines, scoping, and identifying necessary resources. You will join the great and growing PMO & Project Support team.

As Galderma’s Global Center of Excellence for Aesthetics they have in Uppsala a unique edge on their site, the whole product chain from research and development to production and marketing. Here are nearly 600 employees working with world leading brands.

Position: PMO Project Manager
Reports to: Manager Project Support and PMO
Location: Uppsala


Key responsibilities
• Lead and perform pre-study for investment projects to support Galderma’s operations
• Track the alignment of the Engineering activities to modify and improve existing products/processes and develop test procedures
• Implement and execute Engineering processes and policies for development of new products/processes and plan administer and review the activities involved with engineering operations.
• Analyze technology trends and assist in successful development of the Engineering plans ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met.
• Collaborate on Engineering activities to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products
• Collaborate with Program & Project Management and project steering committee to secure a professional end to end planning for new operation projects


Profile
We are looking for a successful and dedicated Project Manager with experience of manufacturing and manufacturing processes from a regulated environment.

The person needs to be highly motivated, organized and structured, with a great ability to seek information and consult others. It is important to be able to work independently and take own decisions to deliver results. It is also important to be able to cooperate and work in teams. A good communicator, with good presentation skills, positive, and with financial awareness are other important competencies for this role.

Qualifications
• Master / bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience/qualification
• Long experience in project management from a regulated environment
• Experience of manufacturing and manufacturing processes
• Experience in budget management
• Fluent English – intermediary level in Swedish
• Experience of capital investments are meritorious
