A key position to develop the GSK CH leadership position in the pharmacy market
GSK CH is a key player in the pharmacy market with a broad and attractive portfolio of leading brands. The company has a long history and a strong position in the pharmacy market with long term business relations with pharmacy chains, pharmacies and retail companies. GSK CH has a sales organisation targeting both pharmacy chains (Key Account Management) and the pharmacies (Medical Sales Representatives).

To expand and further develop the Pharmacy market, GSK CH is now expanding the Key Account Management organization in Sweden.

The opportunity
GSK CH vision is to become the leading partner of choice for the Pharmacy chains in Scandinavia. To achieve that objective the company is expanding the Key Account Management organization in Sweden.

For that we are now recruiting an experienced and successful Key Account Manager Pharmacy Sweden (KAM) to the Scandinavian Key Account Management team.

This is a new position added to the KAM Pharmacy organization in Scandinavia. The KAM is reporting to the Head of Key Account Management Scandinavia. The role is office based, with a desktop office station in the GSK Sweden headquarters in Solna. The role is multidimensional with cross functional collaborations and relations, both within GSK CH and externally.

The key job purpose for the KAM is to drive and develop the sales of the total GSK portfolio, both OTC and Commodities, according to GSK strategy through the pharmacy key accounts. The KAM should achieve objectives on sales, Gross to Net, profit, volume and distribution.

Competencies and qualifications

We are looking for a truly commercial person with a strong history of top sales performance in the retail-, consumer goods-, or pharmacy market.

• You have several years sales experience from a Key Account Management position in retail-, consumer goods-, or pharmacy market.
• You have a Business degree (or similar)
• You have a strong commercial focus and understanding
• You have good sales- and negotiations skills
• You have an ability to analyze and understand sales- and market data
• You have strong relation building abilities
• You are self driven and able to work both independently and in team
• You are a team player
• You have strong communication skills
• You are organized and structured
• You are goal oriented and ambitious
• You have technical skills (Microsoft office) and knowledge of relevant systems (support programs) to facilitate internal reporting
• You are fluent in English and Swedish
