The oral healthcare brands are sold in both Mass market and in Pharmacies. GSK CH has sales organizations targeting both mass market and Pharmacy. GSK CH is also targeting the dental specialist segment with the oral healthcare portfolio.

The oral healthcare brands
In the GSK CH portfolio, the top priority brands are Sensodyne and Aquafresh. Sensodyne is the leading toothpaste for sensitive teeth and Aquafresh is one of the top selling brands in the standard toothpaste segment. Bamse® is the dominating market leader in the children toothpaste segment.
Other smaller brands are Corega (denture care), Biotene (dry mouth symptom management), Corsodyl (gum inflammation) and Parodontax (bleeding gums, gingivitis and periodontitis). We are now recruiting a Customer Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare (CMM) to focus on marketing the oral healthcare brands in the Swedish market.

The CMM will have a great influence over strategy and operations for the oral healthcare marketing operations in Sweden. GSK CH is a truly global company with a great image and a top quality product portfolio in the oral healthcare market.

Job Purpose

1. Ensure that shopper marketing strategies are localized, tailored and implemented for specific countries within the regions (Nordics/Sweden) taking specifics on customer and/or shopper behavior into account where needed.
2. The CMM will work closely to a region (Nordics/Sweden) and needs to be familiar with channel, customer, country and legal specifics.
3. Develop and execute the commercial area plan (next 18-24months) for the region in close cooperation with Shopper Marketing, Category Management and Sales. Lead the commercial plan process for Sweden.
4. Lead country specific sales cycle planning in order to ensure that all activities will be developed and delivered in time from commercial marketing, marketing and sales.

• Manage implementation of area activation strategy
• Deliver the commercial plan for one region/country with Excellence in Execution
• Develop customer specific activation deriving from the overall area activation strategy
• Managing and developing relations with below the line agencies
• Management of dedicated customer marketing budget

Competencies and qualifications
• Degree in economics, business administration, or related
• Proven experience (probably 3 - 5 years) and strong track record in consumer goods shopper marketing/ trade marketing management, ideally in an international environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong planning and organising skills
• Creative and innovating
• Competent in deciding and take initiatives/actions
• Excellent project management skills, experienced in managing several complex projects at the same time
• Part of a remote team; You are a Teamplayer who contributes to a superior team climate
• True understanding of shopper thinking - experienced in transforming shopper insights into strong activation plans
• Experienced from brand- or sales management is an advantage
• Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish
• Travel of mind. 10 - 20% of the time (Copenhagen/Hamburg)
• The job will be located in the GSK CH Sweden Headquarters in Solna/Stockholm
