Teva is currently developing new innovative pharmaceuticals in several therapeutic areas to complement the current branded product portfolio. In the near future there will be novel highly valued products launched within oncology, respiratory and MS.

Teva Scandinavia is preparing for the new promising products by expanding the organization with complementary resources in several departments across the company.

The sales & marketing department will add resources to optimize the potential in the branded product portfolio including several new introductions.

Teva is now recruiting a Sales Manager Respiratory who will be responsible for the sales and sales management of the respiratory product portfolio in Sweden.

Primary purpose and function of the position

“Sales Management for top performance in the respiratory market”

Lead and motivate a team of representatives, including recruitment, training, development and the management of performance to ensure that sales and growth, contact and frequency targets are met and that representatives are equipped with the knowledge, skills and support to perform effectively.


• Develop sales and incentive plans in line with company product strategies


• Identify opportunities to expand the business and oversee the development and implementation of representatives’ sales plans to meet sales and growth targets.


• To generate product and company advocacy and product usage with identified customer units through the applied use of Key Account business skills, professional education and health service network management, directly and through the management of the sales team


• To develop and implement a “joined-up” business plan in collaboration with Marketing/Market Development colleagues.

• Experience in successful pharmaceutical Sales Management essential (Leadership role)

• Experience from the primary care market

• Experience from working with market access and payers
