Nordic Senior Medical Advisor Immuno-oncology TILLSATT
We are now recruiting a new position, a Nordic Senior Medical Advisor Immuno-oncology to join the Medical Affairs team in the Nordics.

Amgen will launch two new promising products within oncology and haematology and will recruit a Nordic Senior Medical Advisor to the challenging and important task to pre-launch and launch these products. The products to be launched are Blinitumomab for Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and Cancer Immunotherapy Talimogene laherparepvec for Melanoma. The Nordic Senior Medical Advisor will be supporting these two new immuno-oncology products that offer significant hope to patients suffering with grievous illness and represent something of a revolution in the approach to harnessing the body’s immune system to treat cancer.


Qualifications and Competencies

Qualifications
• Medical education or deep scientific expertise in oncology or haematology

Experience
• Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical industry, or proven industry collaboration in academia
• Experience in affiliate Medical Department or Clinical Development
• Experience with clinical study management and conduct
• Knowledge of commercialization and business practices
• Experience and knowledge within oncology and/or haematology is a merit

Knowledge
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, product lifecycle and commercialization process with advanced understanding of other functions; including, but not limited to, Clinical Operations, Commercial, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs
• Therapeutic area knowledge
• Network of customer contacts in therapeutic area
• Finance and budgeting experience

• Strong customer orientation; science-based
• Continuously expanding medical and scientific knowledge as well as market knowledge
