Cordis provide products for both Cardiology and Endovascular markets through a combined sales team across the Nordic countries. Cordis are leaders in the field of Diagnostic Cardiology, with our catheters viewed as the ‘Gold Standard’ throughout the industry. Cordis also have an extensive product portfolio including balloons and stents with a rich pipeline planned.

Cardinal Health has acquired Cordis
The leading U.S based Medtech company Cardinal acquired Cordis during 2015. The integration process is currently ongoing and will be finalized during autumn 2016. According to plan, the Nordics will be fully integrated in Cardinal Health during the fall 2016. Cordis is a top priority for Cardinal Health with high objectives for future growth. The company is investing major resources in the Cordis business and works intensively to add valuable products to the Cordis portfolio.

Job Introduction
Cordis Finland is currently the best-selling market in the Nordics, built on long term commitment, adding customer value, tender wins and top customer service.
The Territory Manager role includes responsibility for sales and service of our Cordis product portfolio in Mid/North of Finland. The majority of the working days are in a lab to give our customers service and education in line with Cordis vision and values.
The prioritized customers are Cardiologists, Radiologists and Vascular surgeons. There are also other important stakeholders to target for tender processes like purchasers etc.
We are looking for a highly skilled, goal oriented and structured person with great ability to prioritize and make things happen. To be able to plan, lead, manage and win tenders is key to succeed in the position - strong Project Management capabilities are required. Furthermore, our candidate needs to be a good communicator and have good presentation skills with high focus on people and customer development. You will report to the Business Unit manager at Cordis Nordic.

The Cordis team in the Nordics
Cordis Nordic have 9 team members covering the 4 different country markets. The new Cordis Nordic headquarters will be situated in central Stockholm. In Finland there are two Territory Managers, sharing the responsibility for Cordis in Finland (one focusing on the south and one focusing on the mid/north). The Nordic team is managed by the Business Unit Manager and there is also a Business Unit Coordinator to support the team. Cardinal Health provides other valid resources, functions and support.

Job Expectations:
• Gain and retain good relationships with our customers
• Knowledge of the Medical technique environment in general and the Cardio and Endovascular field in particular
• Be updated on the latest market trends and scientific status within the therapy area
• Ability to analyze the overall business performance for your product portfolio on a regular basis, draw conclusions and take action
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through proposals, planning, training and service.

Responsibilities:
• Provide service and education for our customers in line with their needs.
• Plan and execute the business plan for the territory in order to reach set objectives.
• Lead and manage the tender processes in your territory.
• Continue to develop the existing business within your territory.
• Ensure that actions executed meet customer needs and support the overall business strategy.
• Monitor return on investment and keep expenditures within the budget.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Experience from successful Sales positions within healthcare
· Experience from tender business, probably within the medtech area
· Experience from the cardio and/or endovascular market is an advantage.
· Fluent in Finnish and English both in writing and the spoken language.
· 1-2 nights per week away from home.
· You have a high level of social skills and is communicative.
· Preferably based in the Helsinki/Kuopio/Oulo region
