The Senior Financial Analyst is a member of the Hill Rom Nordic management team and responsible for managing the financial reporting and financial support to the Nordic Sales and Marketing organization.

The Senior Financial Analyst play an important role in providing financial business support and manage projects for the organization and ensure accuracy in planning, forecasting and reporting. The role will also support the General Manager in establishing and developing KPI:s to ensure continuous improvement on business performance. The Senior Financial Analyst is an important partner to the General Manager in providing strategic financial support and manage initiatives related to the overall development of the company.

The role is based in Stockholm and reports to the Executive Director of Finance, International Division or EMEA Financial Reporting Manager.

Responsibilities
· Ensure accuracy and consistency of country level operational reporting
· Ensure accuracy with country level planning and forecasting processes
· Provide local finance support to country management
· Provide cash management function for country and ensure accuracy with policies
· Support country finance function with statutory tax and SOX compliance

Main duties
· Provide Country sales and service management support as necessary; Serve as local contact for International Division sales and service finance leads
· Provide QLE and business planning leadership for the region
· Support Country management in strategic planning and execution
· Assist in preparation of CFRs for Country functional team needs
· Drive cash conversion efficiency through visual management, review processes and education
· Support/governance on deal analysis
· Support country finance function the timely completion of all period closing requirements and the consistent application of all accounting & company policies
· Support country finance function the timely completion of all local statutory reporting, audit and tax requirements
· Provide JDE expertise to Country commercial team; coordination of training to fulfill local needs
· Support to achieve Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, including any required testing, training and process or control improvements required
· Support reconfiguration and optimization of Finance information systems to support the needs in business structure.

Required profile
We are looking for an analytical and commercially oriented person. Experience from Lifescience (Medtech/Pharma/Healthcare IT) in a Global company is an advantage. The right person has strong analytical skills with good ability to communicate and engage those around him/her. It is also important to encompass a broad set of responsibilities and manage and navigate in a growing and changing company.

Education and experience
· University graduate in finance/accounting
· Fluent in English and Swedish
· At least 6-8 years of experience in accounting and finance; familiar with U.S. GAAP a plus
· Finance / Accounting experience
· Public accounting experience a plus
· International experience required; Experience with U.S. company strongly preferred
· Good PC and software skills; Microsoft products a must; JD Edwards or similar ERP system strongly preferred
