The position – Demand Creation Manager

The new
Demand Creation Manager (DCM) will be the media expert in the company with a focus on online marketing and digital communication. The DCM will be a key stakeholder in the marketing team, collaborating with other functions and stakeholders and the company management to build the brands and achieve the business objectives together.

The DCM will have the opportunity to take on a new key role with a broad based influence on strategy and operations. Key responsibilities

· Media mix optimization: be & act as the expert for available media channels ATL as well as customer media and design optimal media plans to deliver against business objectives

· Media buying: manage media buying with relevant partners at best ROI

· Media analysis: define targets, track and follow-up

· Best Practises: stay in touch with the industry in terms of trends, especially within digital

· Budget management: ensure efficient spend and tracking of ATL investments

· Online strategy: define online strategy per brand going forward.

· Online ownership: own any projects related to online and social media, i.e. lead SEO, implementation of new and maintenance of existing websites. Explore ecommerce


Demand Creation Manager profile
We are looking for a highly skilled Demand Creation Manager with the ability to build and develop the media mix optimization with a focus on digital marketing communication.

Experience and profile
· Solid Consumer marketing knowledge and experience - ideally from Consumer healthcare and/or retail environment
· Experienced media expert with excellent skills in digital channel marketing
· Well developed Project management capabilities
· Business minded with a focus on media optimization and ROI
· A combined strategic and operational perspective
· Mindset constantly striving for development, change and innovation
· Independent with the ability to fulfill the role format, take initiatives and solve the tasks and challenges with limited need for support and assistance
· Collaborative team member adding value to the team and the company.

Education and knowledge
Business degree/Equivalent or MBA
Consumer marketing, media and digital/online
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
PC Literate/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Personal qualities and competencies
Creative self starter with proactive initiative and dynamic attitude
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Resilient with a can do attitude, open minded to diverse perspectives and working tasks
Ability to see opportunities and implement action plans
