The position – Brand Manager Pharma
Trimb Healthcare (Trimb) has in a short period of time successfully built a solid platform and portfolio within the Consumer healthcare- OTC Pharmaceutical market. The company has currently a very attractive portfolio of products in several categories. The strategy is to grow the brands in the existing portfolio and to continue to constantly add new relevant brands to the portfolio.
Trimb is growing rapidly currently adding new marketing expert resources to achieve the ambitious business objectives for the company.

Trimb strives to set high standards for brand building, marketing communication and media optimization. With that follows a clear ambition to build and develop strong brands in relevant categories in the Consumer Healthcare/OTC pharmaceutical market.

The Brand Manager (BM) will be the brand owner and brand expert in the company with a focus on brand strategy, brand planning and effective marketing communication. The BM will be responsible for specific categories and brands in the portfolio covering the relevant markets. The BM will also support product development and company management with market insights and ideas to add value to the categories and portfolio over time. The BM will be a key stakeholder in the marketing team, collaborating with other functions and stakeholders and the company management to build the brands and achieve the business objectives together.

The BM will have the opportunity to take on a key role with a broad based influence on strategy and operations. That means working with both existing brands and new brands in the market place. Key responsibilities

· Brand strategy: be and act as the expert for respective brands including brand equity, consumer understanding, channel strategy, competitive analysis, Go-to-Market strategy, business objectives. Provides input to Product Development and Business development

· Brand plans: design support plans for respective brands maximising ROI including both ATL and BTL with support of Demand Creation Manager and Sales Managers. Ensure complete toolbox delivery to Sales Managers

· Marketing materials: lead creation of all communication material incl. e.g. TVCs, print ads, POS material, Health Care Professionals/pharmacy staff education, sales aids and PR material

· Budget management: ensure efficient spend and tracking for follow up and review of brand KPIs

· Best Practises: stay in touch with the industry in terms of trends, especially within consumer healthcare marketing

Brand Manager profile
We are looking for highly skilled Brand Managers with the ability to build and develop strong Consumer healthcare brands in the prioritized Trimb markets.

Experience and profile
· Solid Consumer marketing knowledge and experience - ideally from Consumer healthcare environment
· Experienced Brand Manager with excellent skills and track record in Brand strategy, Brand planning and marketing communication execution
· Well developed Project management capabilities
· Business minded with a focus on Brand optimization, effective marketing communication and ROI
· A combined strategic and operational perspective
· Structured and well organized, being able to effectively handle several brands, interactions and activities in parallel
· Collaborative, with the ability to work together with different internal functions and external agencies and partner
· Analytical, being able to base brand strategy, decisions and activities on relevant data
· Independent with the ability to fulfill the role format, take initiatives and solve the tasks and challenges with limited need for support and assistance

Education and knowledge
Business degree/Equivalent or MBA
Consumer marketing
Brand management
Consumer Healthcare/Pharma market knowledge is required
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
PC Literate/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
