The Clinical Liaison Denmark position

Indivior has a strong market leading position in the addiction market offering a broad high quality portfolio within opioid addiction treatment.

The Indivior products Suboxone® and Subutex® are well established and highly valued among Healthcare personnel, patients and society. In a near future Indivior will introduce new modern and attractive complementary treatment solutions in the market place.

The Clinical Liaison Denmark is part of Indivior Nordic, a growing subsidiary to Indivior Inc. The Nordic organization is led by the Managing Director Nordic & Baltic with Nordic headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. There are other roles with a Nordic responsibility; Administrative Support, Nordic Marketing Manager, Nordic Market Access Manager, Nordic Medical Manager, Patient Pathway Manager Nordics and a Sales Director Nordic & Baltic. The Sales Director Nordic & Baltic leads a team with national Clinical Liaisons, responsible for the sales in each country market.

Indivior has a strong position in the Danish market with a solid penetration and development. There are established effective treatment models in place in many addiction clinics in Denmark (there are approx. 150 addiction clinics in Denmark organized by the municipality). However there are also areas and clinics with high potential for development and improvement.

Indivior is currently recruiting a Clinical Liaison Denmark with the assignment to continue to develop the Indivior product portfolio and treatment solutions to Healthcare and patients in the Danish market.

We are looking for a skilled Sales profile with the ability to build long term business relations with a clear focus on value based solutions for patients and healthcare. The Clinical Liaison needs to have a consultative approach to the addiction clinics in order to be able to adapt to, and act on their specific needs. Always with the patient need in close memory

Role summary

Deliver the objectives for the Indivior business at the territory level.
To establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical staff to drive quality care and best practice, expansion of treatment access for patients and endorsement for Suboxone.
Actively contribute to the team in identifying opportunities for business growth, development of business plan and production of suitable educational and promotional materials.

Qualifications, experience and competency profile
We are looking for a skilled Sales profile with the ability to build long term business relations with a clear focus on value based solutions for patients and healthcare. The role requires some travelling in Denmark and in the Nordics as well as fluent Danish and English.

Qualifications and experience
· Solid healthcare sales experience with excellent sales results
· Experience from selling “Value based treatment solutions” is an advantage
· Capacity to organize and lead clinical educational meetings
· Strong interpersonal, communication skills and empathy, track record of building long standing influential KOL relationships
· Proven ability to understand and operate in a technically complex therapeutic area.

Skills and competencies

· Able to link Indivior strategic objectives to own position and contribution to the country performance
· Able to translate business priorities into a set of executable objectives
· Is resourceful in obtaining and using data to monitor progress against objectives
· Able to develop territory insights
· Able to link cause and effect and build networks of influence to solve challenges
· Has a sound understanding of sales/key account strategy and building win: win relationships
· Has strong proficiency in developing compelling selling messages for Key Account/customer purposes
· Is able to manage own budget targets, and assess the impact of activity and proposals on financial performance
· Time management, prioritization skills and ability to manage meeting organization.

Education and knowledge
University degree or other required experience
Fluent in Danish and English (oral and written)
PC Literate/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Travelling in Denmark and the Nordics
