Manager Maintenance
We are looking to hire a Manager Maintenance, placement for this role is at the new facility in Gärtuna. As Manager Maintenance you will be responsible for the development and management of the maintenance and facilities operations. You control a broad span of service departments: maintenance, office premises and property. You will manage a team om 7-8 service engineers and utility technicians and report directly to the Director Facilities & Engineering.

Accountabilities
As Manger Maintenance you are responsible securing technical availability of the production and utility equipment in the new manufacturing facility, Sweden Biologics. The role is also responsible for the preventive and remedial maintenance activities to be carried out in accordance with agreed plan and strategy. The role is also highly involved in development and improvement projects establishing the filling- and packing facility for biological pharmaceuticals. Interfacing with suppliers for production equipment. Lead and line manage the team providing direction and motivation, managing performance, and developing the skills and capabilities of colleagues. Builds strong and effective relationships with internal customers, developing an understanding of their businesses, priorities, preferences and specific needs.

Required profile

Qualifications and profile
· Comprehensive understanding and experience from a Maintenance function.
· Minimum 2 years leadership experience
· Experience leading and developing a Maintenance organisation towards clear KPI:s (Key Performance Indicators)
· Knowledge, Safety Health and Environment and other regulations relating to frontline services and the supported functions
· Knowledge and experience from Facilities Management is an advantage
· Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment is an advantage
· Previous Biopharmaceutical Industry experience is an advantage
