Territory Manager TILLSATT
Peripheral Intervention
The Peripheral Intervention Business Unit is now looking to hire a skilled Territory Manager to represent Boston Scientific in the designated Territory with a responsibility to build and maintain customer relations and to develop the business in Mid and North Sweden. You will be part of strong and dedicated Nordic team with 7 Territory Managers, 1 Marketing Manager and 1 Sales Assistant lead by a Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities
· Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
· Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
· With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).
· Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs 
· Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
· Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
· Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
· To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
· Upon request may lead a project team of moderate scope.
· Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (BSC and competitors).

Required profile

Qualifications
· Academic degree, i.e. business, science or nursing
· Sales experience in medical device or pharma, minimum 3 years
· Clinical skills are an advantage
· Fluent in Swedish and English
· Knowledge and understanding of the Vascular field is an advantage.
· Driver´s license
· Good knowledge of MS Office

Travel
Travelling should be seen as natural part of the job. The position is preferably based in Mälardalen or Östergötland. Easy access to Arlanda is an advantage.
