Exeltis Nordic is focused on Women’s Health and committed to take care of women at all stages of life offering an extensive portfolio of new gynecological products, Rx and OTC, covering contraception, fertility/pregnancy, menopause as well as some general diseases. Exeltis Nordic was established in 2015 and is represented in Sweden and Finland. Today, there are contraceptive pills launched in Sweden and Finland (Diza, Dizmine, Dizminelle) and Contraceptive vaginal ring (Ornibel) launched in Finland and Norway. Additional hormonal contraceptive products are to be launched in all Nordic countries 2018 , as well as some fertility/pregnancy food supplements. Also, continued strong business development and licensing activities will further substantiate and grow the portfolio. Within a near future, Denmark and Norway will also be part of Exeltis Nordic.

Nordic Product Manager
The position as Nordic Product Manager
Exeltis Nordic is focused on products in Women’s Health Care (WHC). The role means, together with the sales team, to ensure that the company's profits are maximized by marketing the products through their lifecycles in a market-oriented manner. The Product Manager will also provide market input into the business development group. A holistic approach is required based on market and customer needs, therefore the Product Manager must be updated and have a good understanding of the current market, size, segments, trends and needs in order to drive the business ahead.

The responsibility includes setting and executing an overall marketing strategy as well as Product/Brand marketing and launching strategies for selected key brands in the total portfolio to position Exeltis as a leading WHC company in the Nordic region. You will take part in the forecasting and budget processes. You will arrange seminars and symposia, decide on congresses and participate in such. Another important responsibility is to secure relevant knowledge in the Nordic selling team, including setting up and executing relevant educations.

You will have responsibility for the markets in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway and work in close cooperation with a skilled and dedicated sales team. You will be part of the international Marketing Team and play an active role in the Nordic Business Development team. You will report to the Nordic Business Unit Director.

The role involves some trips in the Nordic region and Europe, estimated at 30-35 overnight stays per year.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong commercial mindset that, together with other team members, contributes to position Exeltis as a leading WHC company in the Nordic region. Being responsive, capturing customer needs and translating them into business opportunities is important. You are goal- and result-oriented, have a structured approach, are service-minded and enjoy working in teams.

The ideal candidate has a huge interest and some experience in working through different digital channels and social media. Being a good communicator, both verbally and in writing, is important in the role as Product Manager.

Main purpose of the job / Key responsibilities
• Responsible of setting and executing an overall marketing strategy to position Exeltis as a leading WHC company in the Nordic region
• Responsible of setting and executing Product/Brand marketing and launching strategies for selected key brands in the total portfolio. Positioning, design, communication platform.
• Keep up to date on market trends and scientific advances in relevant areas in order to develop effective marketing strategies based on customer needs
• Coordinate marketing activities/material with SE & FI Sales team
• Responsible of implementing selling tools to the Nordic Sales Force, secure relevant usage and follow up
• Secure relevant category- and product knowledge in the Nordic selling team, including set up and execute relevant educations
• Provide commercial input and play an active role in the Nordic Business Development team
• Execute market/marketing communication and develop relevant communication units/tools. Lead the work of developing marketing materials.
• Together with the sales team, plan and implement campaigns in appropriate channels
• Customer responsibility on selected KOLs
• Responsible for in-sales and coordination of OTC products to pharmacy chains

Experience and qualifications
• Post-secondary education, preferably marketing / economics
• A few years of experience as Product Manager (or similar) in Pharmaceutical / MedTech with relevant marketing experience
• Experience from consumer health marketing (OTC, FS, MD or cosmetics) is an advantage
• Experience from working with/in a Medical Sales Force is an advantage
• Experience from using digital channels and social media is an advantage
• Fluent Swedish and English in speaking and writing
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office. Knowledge in InDesign is an advantage.
