Key management team position with the overall responsibility for the complete Digital Services business

Country Manager Digital - Sweden

Reporting line: Country Manager Sweden

Functional report: Digital Zone Business Lead, Nordics (position based in Denmark)

The Country Manager Digital is a member of the Swedish Management Team

Location: Stockholm area (Siemens Healthineers Swedish headquarter is situated in Solna outside Stockholm)

The Country Manager Digital will be responsible for building up, leading and driving the company’s complete Digital Services business in Sweden (Offerings include: Operational Solutions, Patient Engagement Solutions, Clinical Decision Support Solutions and Enterprise Imaging IT/syngo). The Country Manager Digital will be an active member of the Sweden SHS Country Management Team reporting in country to the Country Head of Sweden and functionally to the Digital Zone Business Lead for the Nordics.

The Country Manager Digital is a results-orientated sales/IT professional, who understands genuine customer needs. He/she can produce efficient and innovative marketing plans and sales strategies. Although Country Manager has a proven track record in healthcare IT, he/she wants to join Siemens Healthineers to develop him/herself even further.
Country Manager Digital must be business-driven; i.e. sees opportunities and can highlight the strengths of Siemens Healthineers’ solutions in different customer fields for various customer parties. It is essential that his/her networking and teamwork skills are on an advanced level so that the internal resources can be utilized effectively. He/she needs to be able to work independently and with a long-term approach. “Attitude is Everything” is a motto which can be seen in Country Manager Digital’s everyday work.

Profile – Country Manager Digital – Sweden

Experience and qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of the Swedish Healthcare IT market with a very good understanding of the financial and commercial side
• Experience in leading and developing Healthcare IT greenfield areas and creating sales strategies (followed by successful execution)
• Experience in transforming processes and organizations leveraging digital solutions
• Experience from Imaging IT is an advantage
• Possibility and willingness to travel for work in Sweden and abroad
• Driving license (minimum: B)
