CRM (Pacemaker and ICD) product specialist

The Position – CRM (Pacemaker & ICD) product specialist
The Electro Physiology & Cardiac Rhythm Business Unit is now looking to hire a skilled product specialist to represent Boston Scientific preferably located in close proximity to VGR region or Skåne (can be discussed) with a responsibility to build and maintain customer relations and to develop the business in a manner that you are exceeding business goals in west and south of Sweden. You will be part of strong and dedicated team with 2 colleagues with corresponding position as well as a team of 4 persons working with the closely related Electrorheology market.

Responsibilities
• Visit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager
• Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of pacemaker & ICD system and its components.
• Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager
• With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc.)
• Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the labs Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions
• Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff
• Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services
• Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools
• To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity
• Upon request may lead a project team of moderate scope
• Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques.
• Able to frequent traveling with the area of responsibility

Territory
The designated territory covers (pending candidate background and residence) VGR, Småland, Skåne, Kronoberg, Halland and Blekinge with a focus on VGR and Skåne. The division of geographical area can be discussed. The position is preferably based in the Västra Götaland Region (VGR) or Skåne but can be discussed.

Required profile
The ideal candidate is a person who has a lot of energy, enthusiasm, strategic thinking and who has experience working commercially towards hospitals with documented positive results. You do not necessarily need to have experience from the pacemaker & ICD area (although this is of course an advantage) as we are primarily looking for a driven salesperson with a habit to exceed business goals.
