Position: Strategic Market Access Manager, Sweden

Reports to: Diabetes Marketing Director

Location: Malmö/(Stockholm)

A key strategic position with great opportunity to influence and further develop Market Access Management

Main purpose of position
Overall responsible for strategy, tactics and communication towards payers and decision makers in order to achieve best possible national, regional and local market access for the diabetes portfolio.

Develop and drive implementation of National, Regional and Local market access strategy for the portfolio and prioritized products. Develop and drive implementation of strategy and tactics for Changing Diabetes for the portfolio.

Prioritized responsibilities
• Work cross functionally with Product Managers, Regional Market Access Managers (RMAM), Health Economics, Medical and Public affairs (PA) to excecute strategy flawlessly
• Preparing payer strategy plans for diabetes and ensuring alignment of marketing activities and investments with business strategies and brand plans
• Developing national diabetes market access strategies with optimal use of HQ materials
• Providing input to goals, strategies and budgets for the National Business unit diabetes

Key qualifications
• Business and Administration graduate
• Medical branch exam (LIF education or eqvivalent)
• Marketing Strategy & Product Management
• Market Access: working with Regional or National stakeholders

Plus: Documented Key Account Management experience
Plus: Health Economic knowledge

Key competencies and skills
• Strategic product management & execution skills
• Experience with strategic development and execution towards payers and decision makers
• Strong ability to engage & involve cross functional competencies internal & external
• Strong communicator
• Experience and high level of knowledge from the Swedish Health Care system (decision
