Introducing a new solution for dietary management of patients with early Alzheimer's Disease

Position: Key Account Manager Neurology, Sweden

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Field based Stockholm/Västra Götaland/Skåne

Main purpose of position
• Be the “Center of excellence” in Neurology- AD.

• Contribute to the launch plan on new Category.

• Lead the development and implementation of a Key Account Management strategy to drive profitable growth and become the preferred partner to key customers.

• To launch the new product into the market and drive continued growth through managing multi-disciplinary stakeholders within territory to drive initiation and recommendation.

• Responsible for and delivery of targets and objectives.

Key responsibilities and objectives
The (National) Key Account Manager is responsible for major account in one or more of the following sales channels: Hospitals (primary), Wholesale, Pharmacy Chains, Homecare Providers.

- Develop, Deploy and Deliver the Key Account Plan

- Translate the product strategy into National Key account plans and proactively identify (competitive) opportunities and threats in the marketplace

- Manage key customers and tender cycle, ensuring customer investments are transparent and targeted to drive profitable growth

- Deliver on sales objectives

- Manage Execution of Key Account Plans

- Build functional capabilities

Key working relations

Internal relations
Head of Sales, Brand Manager, Nordic Marketing Director, Nordic/Global colleagues, Medical affairs

External relations
KOLs : Neurologists, Geriatricians, Other relevant specialist KOLs, Patient organizations, GPs

Key qualifications

Education and experience

Solid experience from successful commercial sales position within Healthcare/Pharma.

Experience from Neuroscience or Geriatrics and specifically in Alzheimers Disease is valued for the role.

- Strong ability to understand the business (e.g. channel dynamics, competition, health care environment) and identify opportunities

- Strong Financial & Budgetary management

- Fluency in Swedish and English on business level
- High capacity to work in Microsoft Office package
