Exciting opportunity to be a key player for international expansion

Department: Sales

Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer, Tranemo Sweden (CoS HQ)

Key markets: Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain

Location: In defined key markets or in western Sweden (Gothenburg/Tranemo)

Care of Sweden (CoS) is in a very exciting phase aiming for continued international expansion. CoS has established a strong position in the market place with innovative top quality products that are well documented and are at the absolute forefront of its niche.
The plan is to develop the business in Europe with a distributor strategy in order to establish a strong local market presence and solid local sales capabilities.

The International Business Manager will be responsible for establishing relationships with selected distributors in key European markets and develop and support the distributors to optimize business development and sales results.
The position will require some travelling and includes a close collaboration with distributors and internal CoS functions.

Areas of ​​responsibility:
- Develop CoS 'offering to selected partner markets
- To develop CoS partnerships with selected distributors with a high physical presence
- Identify and create well-established agreements with distributors in development markets designated by the company
- Lead the work for the selected distributor through KAM methodology
- Responsibility for results for distributors in Partner status.

International Business Manager - profile

Experience & qualifications
- Solid experience from successful international sales, preferable within medtech
- Experience from distributor business development is an advantage
- Knowledge about the key European market Healthcare systems is an advantage
- Fluent English is required and professional standard for other central European languages is an advantage
- MS office
- Business travelling (average approx. 2 overnights/week)
