Business Development Manager

Opportunity to join a growing full-service CRO

LINK Medical is recruiting a Business Development Manager. LINK Medical is growing, and the portfolio of cross-functional projects is increasing. As a Business Development Manager, you will support all our services/department, but main focus will be on full-service clinical trials for the Nordic companies.

You will be part of an international Commercial Operational team, that support business opportunities to all LINK Medical´s offices. You will report to Business Development Director. Work will be primarily be based from LINK Medical’s offices in Uppsala/Stockholm (Malmö), with some international travel for conferences and key account visits.

This role can be further developed, depending on your skills and interest, and LINK Medical is a company with great opportunities for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for the overall portfolio with key focus on our Clinical Operation and Regulatory Portfolio
- Identify new target customers and new opportunities within existing customer base
- Deliver presentations, lead discussions and manage follow up
- Liaise and coordinate with LINK Medicals Internal teams to offer more detailed discussions
- Establish relationships with new and current clients
- Participates in conferences and client meetings
- Lead Generation by attending conferences, targeting key customers and expanding contact base within accounts
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and keeping records of all activities with customer
- Forecasting
- Work closely with Business Development Director and support, cooperation from Contracts & Proposal and Commercial Team.

Position profile

Qualifications and experience
- Solid sales/business development experience within Life Science (pharma, biotech, medtech) with excellent sales results
- Relevant academic education
- Fluent in English
- MS office suite
- Experience from sales with long sales cycles is an advantage
- Experience from CRO or sales to pharma/biotech is an advantage
- Frequent travelling in the Nordics and Europe

- Excellent social capabilities, relationbuilding and networking skills
- High drive with the ability to work independently and winning deals
- Customer oriented and service minded focusing on top quality delivery and customer satisfaction
