We are now recruiting a Project Manager, to lead our product development projects in close cooperation with our clients.
Purpose with the role
We are seeking a Project Manager, R&D for SHL Healthcare AB, a market leader in Contract Development and Contract Manufacturing in the MedTech industry.
As a Project Manager, you will lead the development projects with the overall responsibility for Project Execution.
As a Project Manager, you will be planning, managing, coordinating and taking overall control of each project and working together with the project team and customer representatives towards a timely, quality and within budget release to mass production.
The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the customer when planning and executing the project specific activities.
The Project Manager typically spend time on internal networking within the cross-site matrix organization. You constantly drive towards set targets and report status and progress in steering group.
The success of the Project Manager relies strongly on his/her ability to interact cross functional within a strong matrix organization in Sweden, China and Bulgaria as well as with our customers.
You have a passion for project execution and striving for exceeding set targets for your projects but also with the ability to holistically support company overall objectives and targets.

- Master of Science in Engineering (E)
- Solid experience from successfully leading technology/product development teams and projects from idea to product release and production, or equivalent (E)
- Project Management certification i.e. PMP, or equivalent (D)
- General technological skill set (E)
- Experience of working in a global organization (D)
- Experience working in life science/medical devices industry, or other industry with regulatory requirements, quality systems and processes (E)
Other
Professional level English, spoken and written
High standard user of MS Office
Able to travel regularly to other SHL sites in Sweden, China and Bulgarian and to global customers
Key competencies and personality
Strong interpersonal- and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
