The company is a leading Nordic provider of integrated SaaS solutions, data and analytics to healthcare and life sciences, serving over 400 specialty clinics and over 20 pharma companies. The company is growing
rapidly, and the Board is now looking for a business-oriented Chief Executive Officer to grow the company further in the Nordics and expand selectively in Europe, initially in the UK.
BCB Medical offers its software platform to customers in Finland, Sweden and the UK, trusted by the largest University Hospitals and smaller city hospitals alike. The platform provides over 10,000 healthcare
professionals with patient care pathway applications used every day 24:7 in real-time. The purpose is to help doctors provide better care and outcomes for their patients. In doing so, they create structured data assets that help the Pharma and MedTech industries to develop new forms of treatments and bring those treatments to patients.
In 2021 BCB acquired Health Solutions in Sweden. Today, the company has around 100 highly skilled employees, based primarily in Finland (Turku and Espoo) and Sweden (Stockholm).

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Stockholm/Turku
Scope of work
Your role will be to provide strong inspirational leadership with responsibility for all aspects of running the
company, including clear strategic thinking and commercial success, on a daily and long-term basis.
Specifically, that would mean:
• Make sound decisions based on strong judgement and facts and produce viable solutions to every situation
• Urgently develop suitable KPIs, assess Unit Economics and improving profitability
• Implement a stronger commercial culture in all aspects of the business
• Identify and organize resources needed to achieve defined objectives
• Finalize ongoing integrations (i.e., BCB Medical and Health Solutions, Software and Data, Healthcare and Life
Sciences, Finland and Sweden) to ensure “one company one mission”
• Full-time role at one of BCB Medical’s offices (Stockholm, Espoo or Turku) working closely with the Chairman,
Board of Directors and the management team
• In person meetings and travelling are important, meeting staff, customers and partners
Profile
We are looking for a hands-on, highly driven and commercial executive with proven strong leadership and
analytical skills.
More precisely, we believe that you meet the following requirements:
• Experience as a CEO (preferably in areas where BCB is active: Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, SaaS, Data, B2B)
• Proven track record of profitability and growth (i.e., combining commercial and financial success)
• Proven track record of creating strategic partnerships and internationalization
• Ability to identify priorities for achieving company objectives
• Ready to evaluate and challenge “old truths” and make necessary changes as required
• Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English. Finnish or Swedish is a plus
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among employees, executives and partners
• Experience in dealing with the Public Sector Healthcare and Life Sciences is a significant merit
• Experience working with a PE-owned business (which could lead to an exit / change of ownership or growth
funding in the coming years) is a plus
