Its manufacturing facilities are in Sastamala, Hollola and Kempele, Finland. Subsidiaries are located in Sweden and Norway. In Finland we employ 190 people directly, and dozens more through our subcontractors. In all, the group employs 260 people in three countries, and its annual turnover is over 50 million euros. Around 60% of turnover comes from exports, our primary export markets being f.ex. Scandinavia, central Europe and Middle East.

TILLSATT - Finance Manager

The Lojer Group have grown rapidly the last years. Among others the group has acquired a couple of attractive companies in the industry that will add substantial value to the Lojer Group future development.

As a consequence there is an increased need for financial management expertise in the Lojer Group. Therefore we are now recruiting a Finance Manager to a new position with key focus on the Swedish and Norwegian group subsidiaries.

Employment: Permanent full time employment (Swedish employment)

Reports to: Johanna Hyvönen, Group CFO Lojer Group (Finland)

Location: Medema Physio AB, Kista (Stockholm)

Responsibility: Lojer Group subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway (three subidiaries);
- Medema Physio AB (Sweden)
- Fysiopartner AS (Norway)
- Merivaara AB (Sweden)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for the financial management of the Groups subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway

- Key role in supporting the operational business

- Coordinating outsourced external accounting and statutory obligations, internal accounting and group reporting

- Internal controls, budgeting and other administrative matters

- Provide financial forecasts and analysis to support operational and strategic decisions

- Respond to management and shareholder reporting needs

- Work closely with the Group´s finance team, with responsibilities including control of company accounting, purchase and sales accounting, payroll, payments, cash management and credit control

- Be part of the ongoing company system and process development together with the finance team.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contribute to the subsidiaries leadership, management, culture, collaboration and development together with the Managing Directors and others

- Provide financial support and direction for the Managing directors and leaders in the subsidiaries

- Take on responsibility for a variety of prioritized administrative management tasks in the subsidiaries.

FINANCE MANAGER – PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS
- Academic degree in accounting and finance

- Solid experience from a similar Finance Manager role or related position

- Excellent MS office skills, especially in excel

- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English

- Very good knowledge in financial and reporting systems (Netsuite, Power BI used in th Group) and ERP

- Understanding the company's industry and the nature of its business is essential

-Experience from the industry is a plus (but not a requirement)

-Travel occasionally to the subsidiaries in Sweden and Norway and to the Lojer Group headquarters in Finland.
