SHL Healthcare is now recruiting a Chief Quality & Regulatory officer, to lead and develop the global Quality and Regulatory organisation in Stockholm, Bulgaria and China.
Purpose with role
We are seeking a Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer (CQRO) for SHL Healthcare AB, a market leader in Contract Development and Contract Manufacturing in the MedTech industry.
The CQRO is a key leadership position with the overall responsible for Quality and Regulatory Affairs, but also a strong contributor into corporate development.
As a CQRO you will provide guidance and assurance to CMT and the board that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all employees, and that the company is complying with all quality and regulatory requirements both in Sweden and the manufacturing sites in Shenzhen, China and Sofia, Bulgaria.
As a CQRO you will lead, manage and develop the global QA/QC departments located in Nacka Strand and manufacturing sites in China and Bulgaria.
The CQRO typically spend time on providing quality and regulatory input to design and product development and communicate and interact with customer in different stages of a project on behalf of the company. The CQRO also spend time on develop, implement and improve the company’s QMS, including managing a QARA budget
The success of the CQRO relies strongly on his/her ability to translate the company vision and strategy into an effective implementation of the QMS, develop the QA/QC teams in Sweden, China and Bulgaria including external partnerships. You have a passion for solutions and always work in close collaboration with our customers and colleagues.
