HR Business Partner


A possibility to contribute to C-RAD’s mission to help cure more cancer patients and improve their quality of life, no matter where they live. This is a key position in an innovative, fast-growing Swedish Life Science company with a great team spirit!

In the role as global HR Business Partner you will be a valued member of the leadership team. You will partner with the business ensuring that best practice HR policies, practices, and solutions are delivered across the whole employee life cycle globally. You will enjoy partnering with leaders on day-to-day people matters and supporting the business with translating business strategy into people priorities.

In this dynamic job you will work closely with all parts of the organization. The HR Business Partner will report to the Chief Finance Officer. The role is a permanent contract full-time.


Responsibilities and tasks

•Develop and lead the HR function within the organization to ensure it is an integral partner to the business
•Help create and foster a high performing workplace culture that attracts and retains talented employees
•Take ownership of full employee lifecycle; from talent acquisition, employer branding, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, retention, remuneration reviews and performance appraisals
•Development and review of all HR related policies and procedures
•Advising and supporting leaders to meet their accountabilities and build their team’s capability
•Prepare payroll documents including expense claim handling for each country’s local pay run
•Responsible for overall work environment policies and related tasks


Who are we looking for?


Qualifications and experience

•Strong HR generalist knowledge and long experience, coupled with tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or equivalent
•Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish (other languages are meritorious)
•Experience of working in a global company
•Desirable with knowledge and experience of Swedish labour law
•Former member of a Management Group is an advantage
