The position
Embarking on a new territory product launch means it is an incredibly exciting time to join Amarin. Reporting into the Sales Manager Nordics, this senior KAM position is a critical business driving role focusing on the most important regions and strategic key accounts in Sweden. The role requires that you have a strong drive with an organized and structured way of working, both when performing individually and as part of the cross functional team. To succeed in the role, you should be trustworthy and be skilled at building customer relationships. Experience from sales in the cardiology field and with built-up network. You have a solid knowledge of how the customer's organization and healthcare system is structured, and decisions are made. Strong ability to discuss and negotiate at many different customer levels. You develop mutually beneficial relationships with the goal to be seen as advisors or partner for key target stakeholders. Experienced in utilizing CRM and Key account plans, driving territory level strategic planning and execution of tactical plans. To succeed in the role, a solution-oriented and creative mindset will take you far!

The position is home based and we would like you to be located in Stockholm or its vicinity. Your customers are cardiologists, internists, endocrinologists/diabetologists at your key hospitals within your geographic area – Stockholm area and north.

We think that you have a strong business acumen and understanding customer needs and the healthcare system. You can translate customer insights into actions and solutions meeting customer and business needs. You have strong customer engagement and collaborative skills and ability to work with a huge variety of people and can establish connections with various stakeholders. You have an exceptional ownership of your own area and see yourself as “the CEO” of your territory. You have a positive energy, drive and can-do attitude that is contagious to others, and you are also able to positively engage others to help you meet the business objectives. And of course, you have a proven record of excellence in Key Account Management within cardiovascular field.
