AMRA Medical has solid finances for the long-term commercial development of the company. Customers include leading obesity and diabetes drug manufacturers. The Business Strategy Manager
We are now strengthening the team with a Business Strategy Manager, a new key position for the commercial development of the company globally.

Role specific objectives:
- Develop and expand AMRAs offering to key segments in the pharma market
- Broaden the product portfolio based on market needs and opportunities
- Develop partnership, collaborations and commercial relations with pharma industry, iCROs and CROs

Key responsibilities
- Business owner for AMRAs commercial offering marketed to the pharma industry
- Evaluation of candidate changes of the product offering enabling entrance on new markets (new disease indications, new customer types)
- Development of market strategy and business plan for expansion on existing markets and entrance on new markets
- Responsible for key partnership and key customer relations development and management in collaboration with the CGO
- Work in close collaboration with other AMRA key stakeholders CEO, CSO, Chief Globalization Officer (CGO), CTO, Scientific business area specialists, Marketing director and Product manager
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Management team member, reporting to the CEO

Business Strategy Manager - profile
We are looking for a strong strategic and commercial leader with solid relation building- and collaborative capabilities

Experience and qualifications
- Solid experience from international strategic commercial leadership roles, preferable in pharma industry, iCRO, CRO or related
- Experience from working with strategic commercial development in a research and development company is an advantage
- Fluent in professional English
- MS office
- Travelling frequently to partners, customers and to AMRA Medical HQ (Linköping, Sweden)
