Inside Sales -EMEA
An opportunity has opened for you who want to work as an Inside Sales - EMEA at Optinova, that are on an exciting journey of growth.
We are searching for a proactive and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our sales team. A person that manage working in a growing organization, sometimes challenging but also very fun! In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer relationship management, driving sales efforts, and nurture lasting customer relationships by managing customer interactions and selling our products and services through phone, email, and digital channels.
Reporting directly to Natasa Liderfelt, the Vice President of Optinova EMEA, this position is based at the Optinova office in Uppsala, offering a flexible working arrangement with three days on-site and two days remote work per week.
Qualifications and experience
Education
Relevant educational background and degree in business, commerce and/or engineering
Experience
Minimum three years of sales experience, B2B, in a sales or a customer service role
Language
Fluent in Swedish and English
Competences / skills
• Outstanding communication skills – ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both externally and internally.
• Able to quickly understand the customer's needs.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills while interacting with stakeholders within and outside the organisation.
• Familiar with working in cultural diversity and quick to adapt particularly when dealing with customers from different cultures.
