Product Manager Standard Solutions

- 60% på kontoret i Uppsala - 40% fältbaserat


Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Product Manager (PM) Standard Solutions to be responsible for the Standard Solutions portfolio in Sweden. The PM's main task is to outline and execute the annual marketing plan, which includes both the strategy and action plans for the coming year(s) for the dedicated portfolio. In addition, the PM is responsible for financial forecasting and supply forecasts. The PM will also be the primary speaking partner for all internal colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office for the assigned product portfolio. Approximately 40% of the PM's time will be spent out in the field, meeting customers during educational and promotional events and activities.

The Product Manager Standard Solutions will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma. The position is based at our Swedish market unit in the city center of Uppsala, with approximately 60% of the time spent at the office and 40% in the field meeting customers.


Profil

We are looking for a business-oriented and commercially driven person with several years of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry and/or relevant experience of the Swedish health-care system together with real-life use of the standard solutions products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field – meeting customers, building strong relationships, and showcasing solutions that create real value.

To be successful in this role you need to have an analytical and systematic approach. You are decisive, show initiative and have a strong sense of accountability. In addition, you need to have a strong ability to cooperate and to create strong networks both internally and externally.


Qualification:

• Education at university level or similar degree in relevant disciplines, such as medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, nursing etc
• LIF authorization
• Several years of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry and/or relevant experience of the Swedish health-care system
• Real-life use of the standard solutions products
• Experience in marketing/product management is an advantage but not mandatory
• Experience/knowledge of basic finance is an advantage but not mandatory
• Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
• Valid driver's license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)
