Horus Pharma in the Nordics
Horus Pharma was established in the Nordic countries in 2003 and has its local headquarters in Stockholm. Currently we have launched three brands and in the following years our plan is to launch a wide range of innovative brands in both OTC, Rx and Medical devise.
We are currently a small Nordic team with local presence in Sweden and Finland. Our plan is to expand and have a presence in all Nordic countries as well as in the office.

Join a European leader in ophthalmology and help shape Horus Pharma’s growth in Norway
Horus Pharma is an independent, fast-growing French ophthalmology company, founded in 2003, with operations in over ten countries. The company develops and markets innovative, preservative-free eye care products across pharmaceuticals (Rx), medical devices, tissue bank, cosmetics, and food supplements.
With continuous international expansion and a newly established presence in the Nordic region, Horus Pharma is now looking for a Key Account Manager Norway to drive its commercial development and strengthen relationships within ophthalmology.
The Role
As Key Account Manager Norway, you will play a key role in building and expanding Horus Pharma’s business in the Norwegian market. You will:
* Promote and launch Horus Pharma’s ophthalmology products (Rx & OTC) to healthcare professionals.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, and pharmacies.
* Contribute to the successful launch of several new products planned for 2026–2027.
* Collaborate closely with the Nordic team — including the General Manager, Marketing, Key Account Manager colleagues and Medical departments — while being supported by the European headquarters in Nice, France.
* Take an entrepreneurial role, helping shape the business from the ground up.
This is a home-based position, ideally located in the Oslo region, with national responsibility.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated and business-minded professional who combines sales drive with a genuine interest in ophthalmology.
Preferred background:
* Proven experience in sales within ophthalmology (pharmaceuticals or medical devices)
or
* Sales talent with experience as an optician or nurse specializing in ophthalmology
* Experience from the hospital environment is an advantage
* Independent, dynamic, and proactive, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in Norwegian and good English proficiency
