Strategic Product Owner
PeakSearch is recruiting a Strategic Product Owner to Unibap Space Solutions – an innovative Swedish company developing advanced hardware and software solutions for intelligent space missions. Unibap is at the forefront of edge computing for space, delivering products used by leading organizations such as NASA, ESA and global satellite manufacturers. Now, they are strengthening their organization, looking for a strategic, business-oriented Product Owner to play a key role in future growth.
About the role
As Strategic Product Owner, you will have overall responsibility for several software and hardware products throughout their lifecycle. You will represent the product vision internally, work closely with development teams, and act as a key interface towards customers, partners and sales.
The role combines strategic product ownership, stakeholder management, and commercial support, offering a broad and influential position close to both technology and business.
Key responsibilities
• Own and drive the product vision for assigned products
• Collaborate closely with development teams on product strategy and priorities
• Act as product expert in customer and partner dialogues
• Support sales with product insights and documentation
• Participate in tendering, quotations, budgeting and delivery follow-up
Your profile
We are looking for a professional with experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager and/or in business development within software and/or hardware.
You likely have:
• Proven experience in product ownership and strategic product management
• A solid technical understanding, enabling close collaboration with developers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic, analytical and commercially driven mindset
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience from the space industry is a strong merit
You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, are pragmatic and proactive, and are comfortable taking ownership in a growing, innovative company.
