Global Product Manager – Research Services

AMRA Medical is a health informatics company at the forefront of medical imaging and precision medicine. We have developed a global standard in MRI-based body composition analysis, delivering highly accurate and clinically relevant fat and muscle biomarkers used by leading pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers worldwide. AMRA is now transitioning from a technically driven product model to a more commercially oriented, customer-centric product organization. To support this journey we are recruing a Global Product Manager - Research Services.
Research Services is AMRA’s largest and most diverse product area, spanning multiple therapeutic indications, study types and customer segments across the global Pharma, CRO and research ecosystem. As Global Product Manager – Research Services, you will play a central role in shaping, owning and commercializing a significant part of this portfolio.
You will be responsible for translating AMRA’s advanced scientific capabilities into clear, scalable and market-ready research service offerings. The role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on commercialization and close cross-functional collaboration across science, development, business and marketing.
You will work in close partnership with another Product Manager within Research Services, with full ownership and accountability for your assigned products.

Key responsibilities
• Own assigned Research Services products end-to-end, from product strategy, roadmap and concept to commercialization and lifecycle management
• Translate scientific and technical capabilities into clear value propositions, use cases, pricing models and differentiated offerings
• Drive the shift from capability-led to product-led research service offerings
• Gather, analyze and synthesize customer, market and competitive insights to guide product decisions and prioritization
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Science, Development, Regulatory, Delivery, Business Development and Marketing
• Support product launches, sales enablement, campaigns and customer-facing communication with strong product narratives
• Continuously evaluate portfolio performance and propose improvements, extensions or new product initiatives

Short term (1–2 years):
• Take ownership of existing Research Services products, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and business value
• Drive new product offerings from concept through development, launch and commercialization
Long term (3+ years):
• Strengthen Research Services as a coherent, scalable and differentiated global portfolio
• Act as a key driver of portfolio evolution, prioritization and long-term growth
• Enable sustained customer-driven expansion across therapeutic areas and international markets

Your background
You combine strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to navigate complex scientific environments. You likely bring:
• Experience from product management, product strategy, commercialization or business development within Life Science, Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, CRO or advanced technical products
• Proven ability to define value propositions, pricing, positioning and use cases for B2B products or services
• Experience translating scientific or technical capabilities into commercially successful offerings
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize customer, market and competitive insights into product priorities and roadmaps
• Experience working in global, cross-functional and matrix organizations
• An academic background in Life Science, Engineering, Business or similar
• Fluency in professional English
