Global Product Manager - Clinical Services

AMRA is now transitioning from a technically driven product model to a more commercially oriented, customer-centric product organization. To support this journey, we are recruiting a Global Product Manager – Clinical Services, a key role with global impact and strong growth focus.
About the role
Clinical Services is a rapidly growing product area aimed at clinical settings such as hospitals, preventive care, screening programs, and executive health. As Global Product Manager – Clinical Services, you will play a central role in shaping, commercializing, and scaling AMRA’s clinical service offerings.
You will be responsible for translating advanced scientific and clinical capabilities into clear, market-ready products that deliver customer value and support adoption and growth across international markets. The role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on commercial execution and close cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Own assigned Clinical Services products end-to-end, from strategy, roadmap and positioning to commercialization, adoption and lifecycle management
- Translate clinical and scientific capabilities into clear value propositions, pricing models and go-to-market strategies
- Drive product adoption, scalability and commercial performance in clinical environments
- Gather and synthesize customer, clinical and market insights to guide product decisions and prioritization
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Science, Regulatory, Delivery, Business Development and Marketing
- Support clinical validation, market access initiatives, sales enablement and customer-facing communication
- Continuously evaluate product performance, usage, outcomes and customer feedback to inform improvements and future offerings
Role impact
Short term (1–2 years):
- Take ownership of existing Clinical Services products, ensuring competitiveness, compliance and business value
- Drive new product initiatives from concept through development, launch and commercialization
Long term (3+ years):
- Build a differentiated and trusted Clinical Services portfolio within AMRA
- Act as an internal authority on clinical product strategy and roadmap
- Enable sustainable, customer-driven growth across global markets
Your background
We believe you combine commercial drive with the ability to navigate complex clinical and scientific contexts. You likely bring:
- Experience from product management, commercial product roles, product marketing or commercialization within MedTech, Diagnostics, Pharma, Digital Health or related healthcare fields
- Proven ability to drive product adoption and scaling in clinical environments such as hospitals or preventive care
- Strong understanding of healthcare stakeholder dynamics, including clinicians, decision-makers, procurement and reimbursement
- Experience translating scientific or clinical value into compelling commercial offerings
- Strong communication skills, with credibility across clinical, scientific and commercial stakeholders
- An academic background in Life Science, Engineering, Business or similar
- Experience from international markets is an advantage
- Fluency in professional English
