Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Head of Commercial Excellence Nordics & Baltics. The purpose of the role is to lead and drive the commercial excellence transformation strategy of Fresenius Kabi’s Nordics and Baltics businesses, in line with the group’s strategic objectives. The post holder will lead and manage strategic projects to deliver distinctive value across diverse business areas and focus on driving commercial practice improvements, efficiency, and profitability. Working with other business leaders you will determine and execute best business practices, identify areas of underperformance, and implement improvement plans.
The Head of Commercial Excellence Nordics & Baltics will drive close collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Fresenius Kabi, including IT, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers across the Nordic and Baltic countries, to ensure strong alignment between strategic priorities and operational sales execution.
The position is permanent employment. The Head of Commercial Excellence Nordics & Baltics will report to General Manager Baltic Countries and Finland. The position is placed in any of the Nordic Countries; in Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Uppsala.
Profile
For this key position at Fresenius Kabi, with the opportunity to lead and drive the Commercial Excellence transformation across the Nordics and Baltics, we are looking for a strong and experienced commercial leader with a proven track record in driving commercial success and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic capability with hands-on execution skills and has the ability to develop and implement value-creating commercial initiatives that benefit patients, healthcare, and society.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Economics or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc/MBA) is advantageous
• Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Excellence or Sales Transformation within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or MedTech sectors
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex commercial projects within matrixed, multinational environments, demonstrating strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Advanced analytical capability, with experience integrating sales, CRM, market and financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• High proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Veeva), segmentation and territory mapping tools, ERP systems and Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI); strong Excel and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Any Scandinavian language is meritorious
