Fresenius Kabi is looking for a Head of Nordics, Biopharma. The purpose of the role is to develop, implement, and continuously refine the strategic and operational business activities required to sustain and grow the FK biopharmaceutical portfolio in the Nordic region. The position ensures delivery of revenue, profitability, and NWC targets while adapting execution to highly heterogeneous market dynamics.

Given the region’s structure, the role requires hands-on market engagement, active involvement in field insight collection, and strong collaboration with the Market Unit to ensure robust commercialization of the current and future Biopharma portfolio.

The position leads the development of cluster-level commercial plans, drives tender- and retail-based market growth, and ensures efficient coordination with wholesalers and supply chain partners.

The position is permanent employment. The Head of Nordics, Biopharma will report to Senior Vice President, Head EU & RoW Commercial Biopharmaceuticals. The position is placed in Sweden, preferably in the Uppsala area. Up to 30% of the time is spent on travelling.


Profile

For this key position at Fresenius Kabi, with the opportunity to lead, drive and grow the Biopharma portfolio in the Nordic region, we are looking for a commercially driven and experienced leader with a strong background from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within Biopharma. The ideal candidate combines strategic and operational capabilities with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset, together with the ability to translate business insights into commercial actions and growth opportunities. The candidate is a strong leader with the ability to build relationships, drive business development, and successfully grow the portfolio across the Nordic markets. Experience from biosimilars and previous product management responsibilities are considered highly meritorious.

Qualifications:

• At least education from University in the Pharmaceutical area
• Graduation from LIF is necessary
• Sales experience from Pharmaceutical Industry preferably BioPharma
• Leadership experience
• Understand the pharmaceutical area in Sweden, meritorious within all the Nordics
• Experience from business reports and advanced calculations in excel
• Fluent in English both written and spoken. English and Swedish are necessary. Danish, Norwegian or Finish plus
• Market understanding of Biosimilars is meritorious
