Nordic Infucare
Bringing Specialised Healthcare Closer to People Living with Chronic Conditions
Nordic Infucare works in close collaboration with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that enable accessible, personalised and patient-centred care.
By integrating pharmaceuticals, medical technologies and dedicated treatment support, we help bring specialised healthcare closer to people living with chronic conditions.
Nordic Infucare is part of the Air Liquide Group. This ownership provides a strong foundation for long-term commitment to our customers, combined with high-quality products and services designed to simplify treatment and empower people with chronic conditions to live life to the fullest.
With a flexible and agile organisation, supported by experienced professionals accustomed to working in complex and rapidly changing environments, Nordic Infucare is well positioned to respond to evolving patient needs.
Our Mission
Nordic Infucare aims to improve the everyday lives of people living with chronic conditions by providing innovative pharmaceuticals, medical technologies and personalised treatment support in the home environment.
We have extensive expertise across five therapeutic areas: **Diabetes, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology and Immunology.
Solutions Designed Around Individual Needs
Nordic Infucare is committed to advancing patient-centred and preventive approaches to the management of chronic conditions.
Our ambition is to address each individual's unique needs by enabling greater patient involvement, shared decision-making and co-creation of care through increased knowledge, preventive measures and personalised support. This approach creates value for individuals, healthcare providers and society as a whole.
Accessible, patient-centred care can make a significant difference for people living with chronic conditions. By helping prevent complications and unnecessary hospital admissions, it can contribute to improved treatment outcomes, greater quality of life and more efficient use of healthcare resources.
This is particularly important for the long-term sustainability of healthcare systems, as chronic conditions currently account for approximately 80% of healthcare resource utilisation.
We believe that effective chronic disease management starts with recognising the individual behind the diagnosis – a person with unique needs, preferences and circumstances, rather than simply a patient with a set of symptoms.
We also recognise that combining medical technologies and pharmaceuticals with personalised treatment support at home can improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery while enhancing individual independence and quality of life.
For people living with chronic conditions, this can mean spending more time at home, continuing to work and enjoying everyday life with family and friends, rather than requiring hospital-based care.
Innovation Through Collaboration, Technology and Support
At Nordic Infucare, innovation is driven by the integration of pharmaceuticals, healthcare technologies and personalised treatment support.
Our solutions are designed to strengthen knowledge, confidence, independence and active patient participation in treatment and care.
By working closely with healthcare professionals and people living with chronic conditions, we can develop products, services and support solutions that deliver meaningful benefits to patients, healthcare providers and society.
Our ambition is to enable accessible, patient-centred care through solutions that simplify everyday life for people with chronic conditions while improving accessibility, efficiency and sustainability across healthcare systems.
We strive to support a transition from care primarily determined by fixed schedules to a more **needs-driven and personalised approach**, where each individual's circumstances, preferences and requirements guide treatment and support.
By integrating innovative technologies with personalised services and home-based treatment support, we aim to empower individuals to take a more active role in managing their health, in the familiar and reassuring environment of their own homes.
Every Story Matters – More Than 20 Years of Patient Engagement
Since Nordic Infucare was founded in Stockholm in 2004, our focus has been on making specialised treatments and support more accessible in the home environment.
We are passionate about understanding and responding to the unique needs of every individual.
Every day, approximately half of our employees are in direct contact with people living with chronic conditions and their families.
Throughout our history, we have gained invaluable insights from the experiences and personal stories of individuals whom we have helped regain control over their conditions, rebuild confidence and improve their quality of life.
Over the years, we have maintained our entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset and commitment to personalised care.
Today, Nordic Infucare has developed into a leading Nordic provider of pharmaceuticals, medical technologies and home-based treatment support, with a continued ambition to improve the lives of people living with chronic conditions.

Nordic Infucare has extensive expertise within diabetes and a strong foundation of educational content and initiatives. The next step is to further strengthen its ability to transform knowledge, ideas and identified needs into structured, scalable and successfully implemented educational solutions.
As Educational Project Manager, you will play a key role in this development.
You will take ownership of educational projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from initial needs assessment, planning and co-creation through development and implementation to evaluation and continuous improvement.
A central part of your mission will be to bring together people, expertise and resources, establish clear priorities and ensure that projects move forward and deliver measurable results.
You will also contribute to the development of a more coordinated and customer-driven Nordic education model, combining physical and digital learning solutions to support healthcare professionals and patients.
This is primarily a project leadership and execution role – rather than a traditional educational content production or coordination position.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple educational projects from concept to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear project structures, objectives, milestones, responsibilities and priorities.
• Drive collaboration and co-creation with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, patients and other relevant stakeholders.
• Translate customer and healthcare needs into practical and relevant educational initiatives.

• Establish relevant KPIs, evaluate outcomes and continuously improve educational initiatives.
• Support the development of Nordic Infucare's long-term education strategy within diabetes.
Your Background and Experience
We are looking for a strong and accomplished project leader who combines structure, initiative and execution with excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and business understanding.
You have demonstrated experience of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects from initial planning through implementation and follow-up.
You are comfortable taking ownership, managing multiple stakeholders and driving projects forward, even when you do not have formal authority over the people involved.
We believe you bring:
• An academic degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects.
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• A customer-oriented and business-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic, hands-on execution.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
Experience from Medtech, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, HealthTech, Medical Education or Medical Communications is highly relevant.
Experience in diabetes care, diabetes technology or related therapeutic areas is particularly advantageous.
However, we also welcome candidates from other relevant professional backgrounds who can demonstrate outstanding project leadership capabilities, strong stakeholder management and an ability to quickly develop an understanding of new therapeutic and business areas.
Experience from Product Management, Brand Management, Key Account Management, customer-facing project management or educational initiatives may provide a valuable foundation for the role.
Your Personal Qualities
To succeed in this position, you are a proactive and collaborative individual who enjoys turning ideas into tangible results.
You are structured and organised, but also flexible and pragmatic when priorities change. You take responsibility, create momentum and ensure that projects are completed and followed up.
You are skilled at building trust, engaging stakeholders and bringing together people with different perspectives and areas of expertise.
Above all, you combine strong project leadership with a genuine drive to deliver results and create value for healthcare professionals, patients and the business.
Why Join Nordic Infucare?
This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the continued development of diabetes education across the Nordic region.
You will:
• Play a central role in shaping Nordic Infucare's future approach to diabetes education.
• Lead initiatives that can make a tangible difference for healthcare professionals and patients.
