The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating AMRA's international commercial growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage prospective customers, create new business opportunities and manage the entire sales process – from initial prospecting and customer presentations to negotiations and closing commercial agreements.

You will also develop newly acquired customers into long-term strategic accounts, building strong relationships with scientific, clinical and commercial stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role requiring commercial drive, persistence and the ability to independently develop and close complex international B2B business opportunities.

The two Business Development Managers will share responsibility for European markets. One position will also cover Asia-Pacific, while the other will cover selected US accounts.

Both positions report directly to Leanna Kellerman, Chief Globalization Officer, and operate as individual contributors without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, prospect and engage new customers across assigned international markets.

* Generate and develop a qualified pipeline of commercial opportunities.

* Present AMRA's technology, solutions and value proposition to prospective customers.

* Independently manage complex consultative sales processes, including proposals, negotiations and deal closure.

* Build relationships with scientific, clinical, operational and commercial decision-makers.

* Develop newly acquired customers into long-term, high-value strategic accounts.

* Identify opportunities for repeat business, account expansion and deeper customer engagement.

* Collaborate with AMRA's scientific, operational and product management teams to support commercial activities.

* Represent AMRA at customer meetings, international conferences and relevant industry events.

* Deliver against agreed sales targets and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

Your Background and Experience
We are looking for experienced and results-oriented B2B sales professionals with a proven ability to generate new business and successfully close complex commercial opportunities.

We believe you bring:
* Demonstrated success in proactive B2B sales, prospecting and new customer acquisition.

* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

* Experience independently managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.

* Experience selling complex services or solutions in international markets.

* Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.

* The ability to build credibility and establish long-term customer relationships.

* Excellent professional English communication skills.

Experience from Pharma, Biotech, CRO/iCRO, clinical research or other scientifically or technically complex environments is highly valued.

Understanding clinical trials, pharmaceutical development and imaging-related technologies is advantageous, but proven commercial performance and the ability to win new business are the most important selection criteria.

Two Positions – Complementary Backgrounds

AMRA is looking to strengthen its commercial team with two individuals who share a strong sales foundation while bringing complementary expertise.

These profiles are intended to complement each other. Both positions require demonstrated sales success, strong prospecting capabilities and the ability to close business.

You enjoy creating new customer relationships and have the persistence and resilience needed to develop opportunities through complex and sometimes lengthy sales cycles.

You combine commercial confidence with curiosity, analytical thinking and the ability to understand and communicate the value of scientifically advanced solutions.

You are independent, accountable and comfortable working in an international organisation where collaboration, initiative and adaptability are important.
