Head of Sales and Marketing, Consumer Care, Nordic TILLSATT

Leadership position within Consumer Care

The position – Head of Sales & Marketing Consumer Care Nordic
The new Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the Consumer Care business in the Nordic. Nordic is the 3rd largest market in Consumer Care in Europe and therefore has a lot of exposure and the group strategy is committed to grow the Consumer care business with speed long term.
The current product portfolio consist of the major brands Resorb, Resorb Sport and the newly launched healthy ageing brand Meritene. There are also a couple of minor products in the Consumer Care portfolio.

The Head of Sales & Marketing will have full responsibility for the sales and marketing in the Nordics, including direct leadership for the Consumer Care team consisting of currently approximately 5 coworkers. There are also some shared internal Nestlé sales resources for the retail channel. The Head of Sales & Marketing reports to the Country Business Manager Nordics and is a member of the Nordic Management team. The Head of Sales & Marketing is also responsible for the contacts with the Consumer Care lead and center of excellence in the Nestlé Health Science global headquarters in Lausanne (Switzerland).

Head of Sales & Marketing Customer Care Nordic profile
We are looking for a highly skilled Business leader with the ability to grow the Consumer Care business in the Nordic, and develop the Consumer Care team.

Experience and profile
Solid Marketing and/or Sales experience - ideally in pharmacy and/or retail environment
Experience from direct responsibility for leading, managing and developing a team
Experience of working in and leading functional teams
Experience within the consumer/retail/pharmacy/drug/fmcg channels
Experience from negotiations in pharmacy chains and/or retail
Key Account Management capabilities
Stakeholder Management including experience leveraging external sales force and External Partners
Project Management capabilities
Digital marketing knowledge
Consumer marketing knowledge
Category management knowledge

Education and knowledge
Business degree/Equivalent or MBA
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
PC Literate/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Personal qualities and competencies
Self starter with proactive initiative
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Strong negotiation skills – pharmacy chains negotiations are vital
Resilient with a can do attitude, open minded to diverse perspectives
Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
Ability to see opportunities and implement action plans
Strengths in quantitative rigour
Fluent in Local language and English with another European language advantageous.
