Territory Manager Sweden – Laerdal

Location and responsibility: The Territory Manger will be responsible for defined hospitals and customers in Sweden (shared with 1-2 Territory Manager Sweden colleagues)

Job Description

We are searching for an experienced and impact-driven person to fill the role as a
Territory Manager Sweden. You will be joining a diverse team driven by helping save lives. The position is field-based and reports to the Sales Manager.

What you will do

As a Territory Manager you will:

· Develop and manage the defined hospitals and customers, and be responsible for the customer satisfaction.
· Achieve the budget, by visiting potential and existing customers, performing product presentations, organize user-networks and other relevant sales activities (public tenders are common in the healthcare business and the Territory Manager has a key role in the tender process together with other internal stakeholders in Laerdal).
· Use a consultative sales approach to understand customers’ needs and based on these needs, design, propose and help implement sustainable solutions that have a high helping save lives and return of investment impact – both for the customer and Laerdal.
· Work closely with the rest of the Swedish and Nordic team and be supported by Inside Sales and the Customer Service team. The team also consists of two-three Territory Managers, Sales Manager, Nordic Distribution and Site Manager, two Program Managers and a Regional Nordic Manager.
· Timely and accurately submit all required administrative reports.

You will be responsible for the following areas: Resuscitation Training, Healthcare Education and SIMCentre. The main focus will be Simulators and solutions and services related to the Simulators e.g. service contracts, software and education. Candidate Profile

About you
· You are a highly motivated and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills (Swedish and English).
· You have at least 3 years of Healthcare education and you have a clinical experience. A strong educational background and experience with simulation based training programs is a plus.
· You have excellent sales and customer service skills.
· You have the ability to network, engage and build long-lasting relationships with people at any level of an organization (educational institutions, EMS-Services, emergency, maternity, risk managers, procurement departments, etc.).
· Since a majority of our customers and business is located in the highly populated areas in Sweden we prefer a location in those areas (Stockholm area, Västra Götaland and Skåne). You need to be flexible to travel up to 75% of the time.
· You have a good technical understanding and excellent IT-skills.
