Introducing a groundbreaking new method for resuscitation training

Territory and responsibility: The Territory Manger RQI Sweden will be responsible for RQI at defined Acute hospitals and customers in Sweden

Location: Field based, living in the Stockholm area is preferred for the position (close to the Swedish office, major Acute hospitals and Arlanda airport)

Reporting to: Regional Manager Nordic

Travelling: Frequent travelling in Sweden required, but limited international travelling

Laerdal and HLR Rådet have together developed the new innovative Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) program, a groundbreaking new method for resuscitation training. The RQI program will have a great impact on Healthcare, improving the standard of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills among the Healthcare personnel adding value and saving lives for patients, Healthcare and society.

Laerdal and HLR Rådet have recently started to introduce and implement the RQI program in Acute hospitals in Sweden. The RQI program means great opportunities for improvements in relation to quality, compliance and cost for the Healthcare community.

For the new role as Territory Manager RQI Sweden we are searching for an experienced, impact-driven Sales profile with an excellent ability to build long and strong business relations on different levels in Healthcare. You will be joining a diverse team driven by helping save lives. The position is field-based and reports to the Regional Manager Nordic.

· Develop and drive the market & the market opportunities of RQI in Sweden
· Find in hospital opportunities for team/simulation training.

Candidate Profile

Experience, skills and competency
· Solid Healthcare sales experience preferable from advanced solution selling of Medical devices with excellent sales results
· Proactive attitude based on own responsibility, business opportunities, problem solving, customer facing, customer needs and customer satisfaction
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the experience and ability to create contacts and relations on different levels with different stakeholders within the Healthcare community
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify real customer needs and deliver tailored value based customer solutions
· Collaborative team player
· Strong commercial competency with strategic overview, yet with an operational focus based on customer meetings, customer facing and key stakeholder interactions
· Autonomous, assumes ownership and responsibility for delivery of agreed objectives
· Experience of tender business is an advantage
· Good technical understanding and decent IT-skills is an advantage
· Experience from selling high tech medical devices, programs, educations, services or solutions is an advantage
· Clinical knowledge from acute Healthcare or other related clinical experience is an advantage

Education and knowledge
University degree or other required experience
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
PC Literate/MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
