Sales Manager - Finland

We are looking for an individual with experience from a Sales Manager role in the Pharmaceutical Industry with excellent coaching and teambuilding skills, prepared to take on a national responsibility. �

The position
The Sales Manager will lead a team of 4 Key Account Managers across Finland and have full responsibility for the execution of the regional sales and commercial strategy for the two product areas. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can provide excellent leadership, motivation and development to the team to drive sales results in the two Specialist Areas – Epilepsy and Oncology. The Sales Manager Finland is part of the Nordic Management Team.

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, management, motivation and development to the sales team, achieving sales targets and related KPIs
• Execute a sales strategy that is consistent with the commercial strategy to ensure maximum sales success of assigned products
• Deliver and measure sales team performance through providing direct line management to Key Account Managers.
• Utilize the CRM system to ensure call rate objectives are achieved
• Calculation and allocation of local objective and budget in collaboration with Sales & Marketing Director
• Analysis of territory structures, key accounts and target customers
• Leadership and strong implementation of Eisai sales model ‘Challenger’
• Strong focus on coaching individual performance, through the completion of weekly field visits per KAM
• Sales effectiveness analysis to better achieve sales results and actions implementation where appropriate
• Member of Nordic Management Team
• Tender Business in Finland
• Translations to Finnish of promotional material
• Monitoring of national Rules & regulations
