The Key Account Manager South is responsible for driving business growth, market share and sales performance in the Diagnostic Solutions business area at Hologic. You will be responsible for delivering against relevant performance targets and provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support. You will be an effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.

You will be responsible the Diagnostic Solution portfolio with high quality capital products in a knowledge intensive business area.

The Key Account Manager reports to the Nordic Sales Manager and is part of the Diagnostic Solution team including a KAM colleague in Sweden and one in Denmark, two Application Specialists and one Sales Assistant.

The Key Account Manager position is field-based and your customers are Lab Managers, Physicians, Microbiologists and Procurement. Existing relationships as well as prospects.

Required experience, skills and profile
We are looking for a Key Account Manager Sweden South with the ability and motivation to drive the business growth, market share and sales performance in Hologic’s Diagnostic Solutions Business Area in Southern Sweden.

Education qualifications:
• Technical or administrative professional qualifications.

• Qualifying Educational degree or Completed relevant local certification to work with pharmaceutical product in market
• Clean and valid Driver’s license

Work Experience
• Knowledge of health care industry in region is desirable
• Sales within molecular or wider diagnostics is an advantage. Alternatively, sales within medical devices or lab experience with a talent for sales.
• 3-5 years of successful medical sales experience.

Travel Requirements
• 70 -80% travel time – fluctuating with requirements of the business (4 days/wk).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM and ERP systems.
