The role as Quality Assurance Manager
Recipharm is a growing company with an increasing demand for our services. Consequently, the company is now looking for a Quality Assurance Manager- Auditor who can strengthen our team for Recipharm Corporate Quality Management Group. The job holder will report to the Director, Quality Management based at the Recipharm Global Headquarters in central Stockholm
The QA Manager will have the responsibility to plan and perform quality audits on suppliers and contract holders to Recipharm globally. In addition to this the QA Manager will have the responsibility to work with global quality agreements for suppliers and global procedures within our responsibilities.
The QA Manager will also further lead GMP training, assist in quality related issues and follow current Good Manufacturing Practice trends and guidelines. All parts of the job are done in near cooperation with Recipharm subsidiaries.
The new QA Manager is a key member of the QA department with 5 QA colleagues who are based in Sweden (3), Europe (2) and India (1). The team has frequent contact for support, updates and best practise sharing. There are regular team meetings and physical team gatherings two times a year.
The job involves travelling both within and outside Europe (mainly in Europe and to USA/Asia).

Profile
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Academic education with alignment towards natural science, e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry etc.; could also be compensated with documented experience in the relevant field
• Substantial experience from manufacturing (GMP) of pharmaceuticals (for instance QA, QC, Supplier management, Supplier quality, QA logistics or similar positions)
• Earlier work experience of audits is meritorious
• Experience from working with suppliers is an advantage
• IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Very good in English, both speaking and writing
Professional and Personal Competences
• Driven and solution-oriented personality with the ability to independently initiate, plan, accomplish and follow up on audits in a structured and effective manner (solid Project Manager)
• Solid communicator, with presentation and intercultural skills
• Ability to analyse data and translate outcome to actions and clear recommendations
• Well-developed interpersonal and relation building skills
• Dynamic and flexible personality who adapts to- and enjoys development and change
