The Nordic Organisation
The Nordic team consist of 28 people in total in sales and marketing, medical and finance and is expected to grow over the coming years.
The Commercial team with 11 Key Account Managers across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, three Regional Sales Managers, two Marketing Managers is lead by the Nordic Sales and Marketing Director. The KAM organisation work very closely with the medical team with four Medical Scientific Liaisons (two in Oncology and two in Neurology), and the Medical Director. The Nordic organisation has a clear focus on two therapy areas – Neurology (epilepsy) and Oncology.

Eisai has a unique position in Epilepsy with four products on the market. The company has a very interesting pipeline and is fully committed to maintaining a long-term position in the area of Neurology.
About Oncology
Eisai has a pipeline of products in development for treating cancer and has a strong focus to establish a long-term position in the area of Oncology. The company is now 9 years into launching their first product in the area of Oncology and has two products on the market; Halaven™ (eribulin) is a first-in-class treatment for advanced or metastatic breast cancer and Lenvima multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor for thyroid cancer, kidney cancer and hepatocellar Carcinoma.
Eisai has a very interesting future pipeline in Oncology. Halaven and Lenvima are being explored in several other tumour areas as single agent therapy as well as in combination, including studies with PD1 inhibitor. In earlier development several compounds including immunotherapies, monoclonal antibodies, small peptides.

The position Key Account Manager Neurology Finland
The Key Account Manager Finland will have full responsibility for sales of the Epilepsy portfolio with a special focus on Fycompa®. There are several exciting releases, launches and activities planned in a near future. Fycompa® will come in an oral suspension form that is planned to be launched in Finland in the near future. A new paediatric indication will be approved and a new customer program will be introduced. The Key Account Manager position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Finland.
The position holds full responsibility to develop and execute the Key Account strategy and achieve targets and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This means to independently make sales calls, plan and execute activities, and to build and maintain good business relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders in the area of Epilepsy. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with new and exciting products and launches.
Territorial responsibility
Responsibility for Neurology in Finland is shared with a colleague in the North. This role holds the responsibility for South of Finland and is preferably based in the greater Helsinki area.

Experience and qualifications required
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a successful history in pharmaceutical sales. The right candidate has a good understanding of the Finnish healthcare and payor/policy environment and a good understanding and evidence of a successful KAM approach to business.
