In Sweden the current prioritized therapeutic areas are Dermo aesthetic, Human reproduction and Urology. This devided into two Business Units (BU), BU Pharma and BU Demo Aesthetic. For the Key Account Manager mid & north Sweden the initial focus is on Human reproduction/Fertility and Urology where there are two products on the market and more pharma products planned to be launched in 2020 and 2021.

The current key target groups are gynaecologists and urologists in hospitals and private clinics.

IBSA global are active in several other therapeutic areas and have a broad product portfolio that could be activated in the Nordic in the future.

 

Key Account Manager mid & north Sweden, IBSA Nordic

IBSA Nordic is expanding in Sweden – are you the one who wants to join the team and be responsible for developing and growing the business in mid & north Sweden? We are looking for an independent team player and a sales driven profile who can take ownership in marketing the fertility portfolio along with the products within urology and in addition someone who loves meeting new people and creating and maintaining strong and long lasting relationships with our customers. We also need someone who is dedicated, with a positive attitude and feels great responsibility by being involved and having a high impact on the company´s future development and success.

The position Key Account Manager mid & north Sweden

Region: mid & north Sweden (Hospitals in mid-north of Sweden)

Location: Preferable the Stockholm area (1-2 hours drive from Stockholm/Gothenburg may be an alternative location)

Reporting: Head of Pharma & Derma Aesthetic, Nordic IBSA ApS (location Lyngby/Copenhagen)

The Key Account Manager mid & north Sweden will have full responsibility for sales of the Human reproduction/Fertility and Urology portfolio with focus on Fostimon® Set and Ialuril®.

There are new product launches planned in a near future. Two fertility product are planned to be launched during 2020/2021.

The Key Account Manager position reports to the Head of Pharma & Derma Aesthetic, Nordic.

The position holds full responsibility to plan, develop and execute the Key Account strategy and achieve targets and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This means to independently make sales calls, plan and execute activities, and to build and maintain good business relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders in the areas of fertility and urology. The position also offers the opportunity to work with new and exciting products and launches.

Experience and qualifications required
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a successful history in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales. The right candidate has a good understanding of the Swedish healthcare and the ability and motivation to develop customer relations and business independently.

Requirements
• Bachelor´s Degree (e.g. Nurse, Medical Sciences, Health Economics, Business School).
• Solid experience from successful sales in the Pharmaceutical Industry (other relevant sales experience from MedTech may also be an alternative)
• Knowledge of the therapeutic areas Fertility and Urology is an advantage
• Proven track record of own sales results - understanding and interpretation of sales figures
• LIF examination or LIF certified.

Language skills and other:
Excellent skills in both Swedish and English
Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
The district includes Gothenburg to Stockholm and northward. Preferred residence in the Stockholm area
Willingness to travel
Valid Driver's License.
