Position:
Global CMO Quality Manager
Reports to: Head of CMO/ API Quality
Location: At the office in Uppsala


Profile

We are looking for an organized, highly motivated and goal-oriented person with long experience from medical device in adequate fields, and with a demonstrated knowledge and execution of Quality Operations and ability to interpret and relate Quality standards for implementation. It is important to be able to work independently and take own decisions to be able to accomplish projects and deliver results. It is also important to be able to work in teams together with colleagues. The person needs to be structured with the ability to prioritize and make things happen. To be flexible and have a positive open mind attitude is important. Furthermore, our candidate needs to be a good communicator.

We would like a person that wants to identify ways to work with more efficiency and agility with our internal stakeholders and our CMO/CDMO, and that will develop more proactive tools for the management of our CMO/CDMO ensure compliance, risk management and OTIF supply.

Qualifications and profile
• Preferably a master’s degree in science disciplines, minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Science
• Long experience from medical device (sterile) in adequate fields
• Experience from pharmaceutical industries in adequate fields is a merit
• Experience from a QA-position
• Knowledge of applicable regulations for medical devices
• Meritorious with knowledge of applicable regulations for pharmaceuticals and GDP regulatory requirements
• Experience of leading projects is meritorious
• Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish
• Very high professional level in written and spoken English
• Any other language is a plus
